As part of your newly refurbished museum the Mackay Centre will be receiving an exciting make over. This will include improved interpretation alongside all the current information about Clan Mackay you have come to expect. One of our new features will be an area dedicated to telling the story of those of Clan Mackay or Mackay Country descent who had, or are having, an impact around the world.
But we need your help to do this and would be delighted to hear your family story. This could include stories about early migrants who left during the 18th century, those who left as a result of the Highland Clearances, or those who left later in the 19th century or 20th century.
